Well, this morning I got the chance to minister. Last night, we had a youth program and while there, I mentioned that my friend and neighbor, Ellie, was having surgery this morning. She had visited my youth group with me on Sunday and my youth pastor wanted to take me, and go pray with her in the morning. So, this morning I got up at 6:30am (ugh) and at 7:30am my pastor picked me up. we arrived at the hospital at 7:40 and we were then able to read her scripture and pray with her. =) Whats funny is that I think it meant more to her family (which there was a lot of) than maybe even her, but that is okay. =) Ellie and I's relationship is kinda funny. So, we left the hospital feeling really good. It was very nice to be able to show her that I care like that. She had no idea that i was coming. =) Then, as we were driving home (my youth pastor (Karen) and I) Karen realized that her gas light was on, so she needed more. But, they have been short on money because her husband had to quit his job. She called me a minute ago and said that as soon as she pulled out of the driveway, her tank was a 1/4 full. =) Isn't God great?! =)
Well, today at 2:30 I get my latest braces gizmo. It's an expander and you have to turn the key once a day, causing your teeth to all expand, and I have been told that it hurts. =( i am not too excited at all.
Anyways, praise God today for all he does!
